Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our cleaning services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking Our Services
By booking a service with StarDust Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms:
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not provided within this time, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Access to Property: Clients must ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter due to locked doors, alarms, or other barriers, the appointment may be marked as a "no-show" and a fee may apply.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.
- Pets: We ask that pets be secured or supervised during service. We are not responsible for pets escaping or any pet-related incidents unless caused by our negligence.
- Health & Safety: For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to decline cleaning tasks involving hazardous conditions, biohazards, or excessive clutter that presents a risk.
- Damages & Liability: While we take great care with your property, accidents may happen. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours. We carry insurance and will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
- Privacy: All client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold. We may contact you for service-related updates or promotions, if you opt in.

Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to provide safe, high-quality service, StaeDust Cleaning Services is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for existing stains, wear and tear, or damage not caused by our team.
- Indirect or consequential losses: We are not liable for any loss of income, business interruption, or inconvenience caused by our services or schedule changes.
- Items of high value: Please store cash, jewelry, and other valuables in a secure location. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
- Damage due to improper surfaces or materials: We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that are improperly sealed, unstable, or otherwise unsuitable for cleaning.
- Client-provided equipment or supplies: If the client requests that we use their cleaning products or tools, we are not responsible for any resulting damage or unsatisfactory outcomes.
